The Library offers selected books and ephemera for sale to the public subject to the following accession policy.ORDERING:
- Two copies of each book published will be retained.
- If a book has been published more than once, then one copy of each publication date will be kept.
- If a book has been published by different publishers then one copy of each publisher will be kept.
- All donations will be evaluated as to condition (torn, falling apart, mildew, etc.) and then accessed
or de-accessed depending on their condition and paragraphs A, B, and C above.
Always the best copy will be retained.- All donations are subject to sale, unless the donor specifically requests that they not be disposed of.
Please email your requests to Roy, including the Number and Title of each request. You will be notified if the titles are still availble.

Please send an email request to Roy Pickering listing the Title, Month and Date of each desired magazine. We will search the shelves and let you know if your requests are available.
